Technical Customer Engineer/ADG engineer

To support our Asia Pacific operations, we are now inviting ambitious and talented people to apply for the following position:
Technical Customer Engineer/ADG engineer.

Requirements:
• At least 5 years of experience as a connector design engineer, preferably at a major connector manufacturer.
• Good English in written and oral communication skills, and good at 3D/2D CAD software.
• Must have extensive knowledge of the following:
- Connector design
- Stamping, Molding, Assembly and Plating
- Problem solving skills
• Ability to travel Asia Pacific countries to Customer locations without restriction.

Job Summary:
• Design New Products
- Work on Project Feasibility and submit Report for approval.
- New product concept design
- New product model design
- New product detail design
- Provide necessary document for product release
• Technical Customer Engineer:
- Interact directly with customers including e-mail, phone, and visiting customers
- Identify issues/problem at customer side.
- Generate reports documenting results and recommendations.
- Follow up action items.
