Samtec Expands Sealed Cable Systems with
Space Saving Rectangular Design |

Samtec has recently added a new line of Rectangular Cable Plugs & Receptacles and a Sealed Mini USB to its growing family of IP68-rated sealed systems. These products, along with Samtec's full line of AccliMate™ Sealed Circular Systems, meet IP68 specifications for dust and waterproof sealing, and are ideal for industrial, rugged and other harsh environments.
The AccliMate™ High Density Sealed Rectangular System (RC5/RPC5/RPB5 Series) features Samtec's rugged Tiger Eye™ contacts on .050" (1.27) pitch and a space-saving rectangular geometry that makes it well-suited to smaller form factor and lower profile applications. |

| It is available for panel-to-board and cable-to-board applications and features a unique push-to-seal latching system that allows for easier mating within less space. Power and RJ45 systems are also in development.
AccliMate™ Rectangular Ethernet Panel Mount Sockets (RPBE Series) meet CAT5e, CAT, and CAT3 specifications and are available in either single or dual port designs. The Cable Plug RCE(Series) is available double-ended (both ends sealed) or with a blunt cut (one end sealed).
USB systems are available with USB Type A and B and Mini USB B, as well as a vertical Type B port for panel mount applications (RCU/RPBU/RPCU Series). The sealed Mini USB (MUSBS Series) is a vertical B-Type port for panel mount applications that uses gaskets to achieve its IP68 rating. It mates with industry standard Mini USBs.
Samtec's full line of IP68-rated AccliMate™ products also includes Sealed Circular Cable Plugs & Receptacles with Ethernet, USB, Mini USB, Power, High Density and Tiger Eye™ contact systems. Custom AccliMate™ products are also available.
